Townpoints mobile application provides users with an option to permanently delete their account directly from the app.

To delete your account:

Open the Townpoints App → Go to Profile / My Account → Select “Delete Account”.

Once the delete request is submitted:

• User account information will be permanently removed.
• Profile details and personal information will be deleted.
• Orders, bookings, and related account data will be cleared from our system.

Account deletion requests are processed within 1 hr .
